WELLDONE WELLBEING ( “Charity Organization of the Year”)
The
Wellbeing Foundation Africa is honoured to be recognized as the
“Charity Organization of the Year” by the Governing Council of the
Nigeria Advancement Award.
Having roots in Nigeria, the foundation
advocates for the empowerment of the African woman, and works towards
harnessing international focus on maternal, newborn and child health
issues specific to the African continent. Under the astute leadership of
Founder-President H.E Mrs. Toyin Saraki, the Wellbeing Foundation
Africa is committed to facilitating the achievement of the Millennium
Development Goals, contributing to the post-2015 development framework,
advocating for the provision of essential lifesaving health commodities
such as the WBFA IMNCH Personal Health Record©, and ensuring the
reduction of maternal and child mortality rates in Nigeria and across
Africa.
